If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us right away. Be sure to read all the details on the item you are ordering...the information containing your return guidelines will be listed. Typically you must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. Again, be sure to review the information posted with the item you ordered...there are different guidelines for each item based on the manufacturer.
