Shipping

We ship via USPS - Priority Mail unless circumstances prevent this method...in that case it is at our discretion if we will use USPS Parcel Mail or UPS as our carrier choice. Items coming directly from our suppliers may be sent by USPS, FedEx, DHL, or UPS. Upon your request we are more than happy to provide tracking numbers for your convenience via reply to email or telephone.

Shipping takes place Monday - Friday

In most cases your order is shipped within 3 - 7 days of receiving cleared payment confirmation.

We try our very best to offer our customers FREE shipping within the USA - there are times when this will not be possible due to the value, weight, or dimensions of item being shipped. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to finalizaiton of your order. If your order is being shipped outside of the United States, we will contact you via email with an estimate of your shipping charges before shipping your order.

Payments are charged at the time your order is placed to assure timely processing of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order which may appear as fraud or under any suspicion of such crimes. Amount charged at the time of order will be reversed/credited back to the form of payment used in this instance.

Returns

Please contact us immediatly (no more than 3 days after delivery) if there are any issues or defects with your purchase.

All Sales Are Final After 3 Days - regardless of situation

Depending on the manufacturer, there may be a restocking fee up to 25% accessed to your return - if a shipment is refused upon delivery a restocking fee of up to 25% will be retained from your credit due back for your purchase.
